6A EECS

The 6-A program is a partnership between MIT and some of the most innovative companies in the world. This is the 99th consecutive year the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT has offered this special Program.  Prof. Palacios leads the 6A program which is part of MIT's EECS Alliance Program.

Finwave Semiconductors

The Finwave story started in 2012 at MIT when our co-founders Dr. Bin Lu and Prof. Tomas Palacios invented a novel type of GaN transistor based on a FinFET architecture.
